Mashkash and the Magic Forest

Description:

A short 2D platformer made in almost 72 hours for the Loga Game Jam 2023. (ranked 4th)

Story:

Little Mashkash got lost in the Magic Forest and tries to find his way out.  The forest hides a few magical animals that were put under a spell by the evil spirit named Omer.

Luckily,  on his way out,  little Mashkash finds the magical animals and saves them.  In return,  each of them gives him a power-up that helps him overcome future dangers...

Controls (keyboard & mouse, controller):

Move - A, D / left, right arrows / Dpad, joystick

Jump - W / up arrow / A(X) button

Dash - Space / B(circle) button

Shoot - Left Click / X(square) button

Pause - ESC / Start buttons
